High Tech Solutions for a Low Tech Problem

 

For operations in harsh environments we designed a low weight rugged air conditioner with a small footprint for installation in tight quarters. The air conditioner utilizes a brushless DC compressor and controller. It is a 12,000 BTU unit and is equipped with two exit ducts/fans. On the front, real time read-outs of temperature and current are available. This AC is designed for dual purposes: in-flight and on the ground. For ground operations it is capable of running off of 120/240VAC international voltage sources.
